Frequently asked questions

01

Is IV therapy safe?

When screened by a doctor and given by a registered nurse with sterile materials, IV therapy is low-risk for most healthy adults. It is not right for everyone, which is why a doctor reviews every booking.

02

Who reviews my booking?

A doctor on our team reads your health questionnaire and approves, adjusts or declines the drip before a nurse is sent.

03

How quickly can a nurse arrive?

Usually around 60 minutes in the central zone after the doctor’s approval. Far districts and airport hotels can take longer.

04

Can I have a drip after a hair transplant, dental work or surgery?

Often yes, but only within your clinic’s instructions. Send us the date of your procedure and any discharge notes, and the doctor will decide on the right timing.

05

Will my hotel allow it?

Yes. Medical visits to hotel rooms are routine. The nurse arrives in a medical uniform and takes all waste away.

06

How long does a drip take?

Most drips take 40–60 minutes. NAD+ is given slowly and can take 2–3 hours.

07

What is included in the price?

The doctor review, all ingredients and materials, and the nurse visit in the central zone. Fees for far districts and night visits are stated clearly before you confirm.

08

How do I pay?

We confirm the final price after the doctor check. You can pay by card or in cash at the visit.

09

Can I cancel?

Yes. Message us any time before the nurse sets off and there is no charge.

10

Which languages do you speak?

Our coordinators reply in English, Russian, Arabic, Persian and Turkish.
