Ulus is quiet and green: villas and low apartment buildings along the ridge, Ulus Park looking down over the water, and Zorlu Center at its southern edge. People who book here are often residents with families, guests of the hotel and residences at Zorlu, and visitors back from a cosmetic procedure who want to rest in private. The hill streets are narrow and some houses are hard to find, so a location pin on WhatsApp works better than a written address.
